Vanessa is a graduate student in the Tezcan Lab working on the machine-learning-guided design of new copper metalloenzymes. She is from Portland, OR and graduated from the University of Portland in 2020 with a degree in Chemistry. During her free time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, listening to kpop, and exploring new dessert shops.
